I can't solve the error code D-0020

I've identified the problem, searched about the code, and done everything the help guide center told me to. Still, I can't have full access to Minecraft due to this insistent bug. I have logged out and when I try to log in by Microsoft, Minecraft doesn’t log in (even when the site says that I my account has been properly logged and I can close the site). I've removed and reinstalled the game, the problem is still here, I’ve restarted my device twice, and the problem is still persistent. It does log in when I install it, but comes along with error code D-0020.
