Dear mojang Team,
I’m experiencing persistent issues with Minecraft on my PlayStation 5. For several months, I haven’t been able to access the store, join servers, or connect with friends. When attempting to access the store, I receive error code D-0020, and when trying to join servers, I get a timeout error even after just a short wait.
I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to resolve these problems.
