keeps telling me that my realms aren't loading and my marketplace just sits on the loading screen until it gives me a code saying about my Wi-Fi but ik it's not my Wi-Fi b/c I can play on my PlayStation and Xbox no problem

I'm having the same issues. I was playing yesterday and ended my realm to the home page. Haven’t been able to log back into realms since.
