When I load into Bedrock I am unable to access the marketplace and various other online services

When I open up Bedrock addition I am unable to load into the marketplace, additionally the art for it is gone on the main menu. When I try to load the marketplace I am hit with either error message c-0010 or d-0020, I have looked into these bugs and tried each possible solution either from Minecraft's official page or YouTube and other websites. Also I am unable to change skins, load realms or access any online servers. When realms does manage to load I am hit with an infinite loading screen.
