I cannot load up my Minecraft profile or any skins - Plus, I cannot join any servers or check realms. - Moreover, I cannot access the Marketplace. Why?

Currently, I cannot join any Minecraft servers and I can’t even check realms. Both the server page and realms cannot load. Moreover, I cannot load up my Minecraft profile or any skins. Plus, I am barred from accessing the Minecraft Marketplace because if I attempt to do so, then an error code, C-0010, will appear. My network is stable, and ample for normal Minecraft usage (50mbps download, 20mbps upload). Additionally, I have already restarted the game and my laptop as well, many times. I have even deleted and then reinstalled the game (strangely, the worlds were not removed). I read a few articles, explaining how I can fix this issue. I followed the provided advice, and I cleared the cache, including the Marketplace cache. After doing all of this, I was still unable to access a number of services, such as servers and the Marketplace. I have already discussed this issue to others on Discord, and I contacted the Hive server support service, as well as Minecraft’s customer support. I believe that I have done probably nearly everything I could to try to resolve this problem. Unfortunately, nothing worked. Now, I am stuck here, with a blank mind. I do not know what to do next. Can anyone else please help me here? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
