It takes forever to load and won't let you change your skin to a custom one. It lets you create a character, but even if you click on "custom skin," it gives you one of the default skins and won't let you customize or edit it, only delete it. There are also errors that prevent you from accessing the marketplace. I've had this problem for two versions now, almost five months that I haven't been able to play Minecraft properly, and I thought it would be fixed by now.

The main problem is that it doesn't allow you to change the skin, and also, when you open the marketplace, it just gets stuck on the loading screen and nothing happens.
I noticed something else: I can no longer connect to multiplayer worlds or servers. When I go to the skins section, all the buttons on the left side of the interface don't work; they just click and don't change the screen. I'm having trouble logging out of my Microsoft account. Here are some extra screenshots I was able to take.
