Since the latest Minecraft Bedrock update on PlayStation 5, I can’t access any online services after signing in with my Microsoft account.
Here’s what happens:
When I start the game without signing in, everything loads fine (Marketplace, menus, skins).
As soon as I sign in to my Microsoft account, nothing loads anymore – Marketplace, Realms, Servers, and Profile all stay empty.
Only my custom skins still load.
I get error code D0020.
What I already tried:
Restarting the console
Changing DNS (1.1.1.1 / 8.8.8.8)
Reinstalling Minecraft
Logging out/in of my Microsoft account
Testing PS4 and PS5 versions (same result)
Clearing cache and saved data (didn’t help)
The issue started right after the latest Bedrock update and multiple players report the same bug.
Please check if this update broke the login connection to Minecraft services on PS5.
