Update:
I have successfully located the dragon egg.
It teleported to the Overworld at coordinates (0, 126, 0) — directly above the world spawn point. It was found resting on a tall mountain-elevation terrain at Y=126.
This confirms that the egg did not vanish; it was launched an extreme distance from the End (over 10,000 blocks away when accounting for dimensional travel) and landed at world spawn, at a significantly high altitude.
The teleportation distance and elevation are excessive. Without commands or spectator mode, locating this item under these conditions is virtually impossible under normal gameplay.
I hope the current teleport behavior can be adjusted to limit its travel range to a reasonable area near the exit portal, or to keep it at ground level for better visibility.Please keep this report open for further investigation.

Happened to me too, I noticed the updating of comparators helps, but not that it is only half of the chest that does it, because all of my chests were oriented the same way in teh filter i was doing

From what I can see in the screenshot your Villagers might have problems claiming bed, because there's not enough room above beds. If that cottage is only 2 blocks high, villagers will not be able to claim bed. They need at least 2 blocks empty above beds and be able to stand on it in order to go to sleep and/or claim it.
I can confirm that on 1.20.2. It seems like the old bug strikes again. All my villagers have problems to pathfind to a bed that is right behind them. They even look at the bed occasionally at night but never claim it, what is confirmed by missing Brain.memory.home NBT data.
EDIT: Comment is not relevant, but I'm gonna leave it here. Maybe someone will find it helpful. Villagers need at least 2 blocks empty above bed to clam it. It resolved my problem and maybe will resolves someone's else problem.
I have the same issue. I drank a potion while on fire with keepinvenory on and the potion was consumed after I died. The drinking animation was still visible on the deaths screen.

Still broken in 1.18.2 release. This Bug seems to be caused by an obsolete lava generation in NoiseChunkGenerator, which cannot currently be configured by any means. It is obsolete because lava is correctly generated by the cave carvers, the lava level of which can be configured.
Can confirm broken in 1.18.2-pre1 and -pre2.

I got my Minecraft account I think about a month ago now. Ever since like 3 days ago I have had the same problems as listed below. I am also on a Mac, I believe it is an MAC OS X EI Captain. I don't know if that's important but everybody has been saying their model. I ALSO DON'T KNOW IF MY Minecraft account is a Mojang or a Microsoft one, I think it is a Microsoft because I got mine only month ago but then I could still be wrong. I'm not really that tech savy so if anyone knows how to fix it would mean the world if you could tell me. Thank you.

My world spawn is on a mountain, so Y=126 is ground level in this case. The egg landing there makes sense given the mechanic.
