Movement buttons and hotbar touch bug in IOS

When you see that I am running or walking in the video, at the same time I am trying to select objects from the bar but sometimes I can select them with just one touch and sometimes I can't even, but when I am without moving or pressing the movement buttons, there I can calmly select which object. And on previous devices I didn't have this problem.
