my marketplace & dressing room are not working :(

my marketplace & dressing room arent working because of an error code D-0020 i’ve tried multiple tutorials and they have worked a little bit because it showed that i had 390 minecoins but i still couldnt access the marketplace and dressing room also minecraft java isnt opening at all for some reason if you guys can fix that it would be nice thank you.
