Dressing room and marketplace are not working

Dressing room is not loading properly. The only thing I can do in the dressing room is switch characters, all other stuff is unavailable, can’t even switch capes. Also, marketplace is down, refuses to load. The internet is not the problem, since, as you can clearly see in a pinned screen recording, all my skins are loaded, as well as profile and my minecoins. Before you even try to brush it off by saying that I should just reopen the app, it does NOT work. The issue is critical, so do your job, pay attention to the report, and fix the issue.
