My Playstation Realms not load

I can't log in to my Realms, it shows error C-0010 or D-0010. I'd like a quick solution. It was paid, and I even uninstalled and reinstalled it, and it didn't work. I restarted Minecraft, cleared the cache, and still nothing. It was working normally until last week.
