[MCPE-226621] Error connecting to console

I have not been able to enter my Realm since August 9th. My profile, servers, and the market do not load, nor does the PS5 or PS4 version. It loads fine on my mobile, but nothing loads on my console. It is really annoying that it is failing so much. My internet is fine, but it's the game that doesn't work.

They haven't fixed anything, it keeps crashing, I don't even see the market preview, seriously do something, it's annoying that the game doesn't work.
