I can't change skins anymore

I can’t change skins anymore. Why Minecraft? Why Mojang? I play Minecraft for 10 whole years of my life since 2014-2015 and for two-three months I can’t change skins on PlayStation 4 and sometimes PC on Minecraft Bedrock. I press dressing room and it takes a lot of time to load, it shows a minecraft marketplace loading screen and then the error c-0010 or the error d-0010 all the time. Can you help me fix or is it a bug for another version to be fixed. I reported this too for a previous version but the bug still exists
