Hello support team,
I've been experiencing an issue with Minecraft for about 3 months now. Every time I try to access my Realms or the Marketplace, I receive the following error code: d-0010. I've tried multiple solutions (restarting the game, reinstalling, checking my internet connection, and updating the system), but the issue still persists.
This situation has been very frustrating, especially because I’m paying for the Realms service and I haven't been able to use it properly. I really enjoy playing with my friends and accessing Marketplace content, but right now that’s not possible.
Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible or guide me through the necessary steps to fix this error.
