There is a issue where if join the world sometimes you will encounter the player will close the eyes for every skin for almost 1/2 minutes.
Steps:
Open minecraft
then press play
Wait till the world load
Go third view by pressing the arrow down/a
You will encounter sometimes the skin will close the eye for long time like 1/2 minutes

However, this has actually already been reported before in MCPE-118251, so I'll be resolving this as a Duplicate.
Unfortunately this particular issue is currently resolved as Won't Fix, which means Mojang Studios is currently not looking into fixing it in the short term.
