Unable to equip Yearn, Home, Menace and Common capes

I am unable to equip the Home, Menace, Yearn and Common Capes on my PlayStation 4. However, if I load up my PC and try it there it works perfectly fine but when I reload Minecraft on my PlayStation with the bugged capes, it resets my character to a default one until the cape is removed. (The Minecraft Experience cape, Eye Blossom cape, MCC cape, 15th Anniversary cape, Pan cape and Cherry cape all load perfectly fine on my PlayStation 4.)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft on PlayStation 4.

2. Go to the dressing room.

3. Try to equip the Home, Menace, Yearn or Common Capes.

Observed Result:

I am unable to equip the 4 capes.

Expected Result:

The capes should load like my others.
