Vibrant Visuals: Water with blocks above looks brighter and opaque

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a 10x10 platform of blocks at any height above water

2. Look at the water from a distance of ~20 blocks

Observed Results:
The water that’s under the blocks will look brighter and opaque, regardless of the light, time of day or reflections.

Expected Results:
Water behaves normally under blocks.
