Lost founder cape from 2019

Hi, I bought the Founder’s Cape for the Minecon event from the Marketplace.
Later, my Bedrock account was resetted, so I contacted support again to recover all my purchased items.
They restored everything except for the cape (i wrote 2 emails at minecraft help that told me we’re sorry screw your cape there will be others). Now i saw that they are giving it on java, how can i have it back?
