I am writing to request assistance regarding the Founder's Cape that was removed from my Minecraft Bedrock account around 2019 or 2020. I had legitimately claimed the cape through the official Minecraft Live event when it was available, and I was excited to be part of that experience.
However, at some point after that, the cape was unexpectedly removed from my account. I am confident that I obtained it through the proper channels, and I would appreciate any help you can provide in investigating this issue and restoring the cape to my profile.
