Pause Menu doesn't freeze when it's paused

When I pause the game the pause menu doesn't freeze so please fix this bug as soon as possible

I can confirm on my Android and Windows 11. The toggle is not presenting General tab on settings I don't know why. Same in 1.21.81

I mean on the previous version not 1.21.81
