Even though the pause_feature_enabled:1 it’s still not working. I tried switching it to zero and back to 1 still dosent work

In 1.21.80 too I can't modify my skin but it works fine on PC

I can confirm on my Android and Windows 11. The toggle is not presenting General tab on settings I don't know why. Same in 1.21.81
