Since it wasn't in the patch notes, I believe the new update as of May 6, 2025, Add-Ons disable trophies once again. I eagerly wait for this to be fixed and hope this was a bug and not an actual feature removed. Thank you for letting me bring this to you, as I know all of Mojang do their best to make Minecraft the best it deserves!

Some for my world it disabled the Achievement The moment i put add ons even it came from the Shop mod on the game This is just a update if you ask me heck they did even add the Ghast as an official Mod and put on experimental options how Bad and disappointed
Unfortunately it isn't the case and might be a bug. My only hope is that it wasn't in the patch notes, meaning they didn't see the bug.
This issue is being tracked at MCPE-218472.
Are you using third-party addon? Using third-party addon will disable achievements.
