Can't log in to microsoft account

So im trying to link my Microsoft account with my PlayStation Network to access realms but i can not, because when i try to, it says this account is already linked to an account which is my old Microsoft account but i deleted that Microsoft account like 1 year ago and it says i have to log in to that old account but i cant.
