Using D-Pad and Tap to Interact controls cause projectiles to be shot adjacent to where I aimed on servers.

Using the D-Pad and Tap to Interact controls in Minecraft Pocket Edition on my IOS device, I cannot shoot projectiles on servers.
Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Go to settings>Touch Settings> Change Control Mode> D-Pad & tap to interact

2. Join a server, I was on a private smp server with my friends.

3. Shoot any projectile (Arrows, Tridents, Snowballs, Eggs, etc.)

4. The projectile will be shot in a different direction than what I aimed for.

My friend tried to reproduce it on his iPad and he experienced the same bug on his end.
