My fletcher is not pathfinding to its job site block properly

Is there a dirt path block in front of the door to the house?

There is a dirt path in front of the door, but the fletcher keeps going to its job block via the grass

The dirt path is preventing the villager from entering the house. Replacing the block with another one should allow the villager to enter the house.
