Cant join world

I can't join my world. Its German but it basically says i don't have any more storage and minecraft cant save my progress. Before that when i quit my world it says i should Delete worlds to free some storage but 1. I Deleted almost all of my worlds and 2. Minecraft is installed on my external hard drive.
