Mobs or items that go through the end portal teleport to the overworld void at spawn

There was a bug where the same thing happens but instead they spawn way high up so if you drop something it will despawn before hitting the ground so mojang tried to fix it but made it worse instead.

This issue is being tracked at MCPE-157125.
