I had cape but after some time its gone

I’m writing to report that my Founder’s Cape has disappeared from my inventory. I owned it in the past, but after some time, it’s no longer visible in my cosmetics. As this is a rare and sentimental item, I’d sincerely appreciate your help in investigating and restoring it to my account.
