Glowing Block When Enderman Holds a Block

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Spawn an Endermen holding a block

2. Turn on Vibrant Visuals (All Settings are to the highest setting & upscaling mode is TAAU)

3. Run /time set midnight OR a dark place

Expected Result

The Block Should NOT be glowing.

◉Actual Result

The Block glows (DOES NOT EMIT LIGHT) when an Endermen holds it.
