That is not a bug. You have Vibrant Visuals turned on. blocks will look like that when it is an entity which is when moving.

Why?

You see copied versions of minecraft lying over the play store. So they restricted access to protect the original creators.

You can't easily find Minecraft Bedrock folders on your phone because Android 11 and later versions restrict access to the Android/data folder, where Minecraft stores its files. This folder is hidden from normal file explorers for security reasons, so you won’t see the Minecraft game files in the usual place. You'll need to change your phones code for opening files like that. You won’t be able to do it unless you hack your own phone. Which gives you more security concerns.
