Iron golems do not appear naturally.

Iron golems do not appear naturally in villages with more than 10 villagers, nor in farms with more than 30 villagers, I tried to put mobs near the villagers and it did not work either, there are no caves within 120 blocks of the village or the farm either, I thought it was an error in my iron farm and I killed the golems in the villages and they did not appear either and the ones I have created walk erratically. Can you help me? Thanks

Note: I'm updating because I realized that the golems, even though I attack them, are passive and still don't appear naturally. I put more beds and more tables in the village.
