Can confirm in Windows 11, Since was fixed in MCPE-217604 however the remaining Java parity break that need to add leash overlay texture.
Steps to reproduce
Spawn a happy ghast, You can wear harness for optional and spawn any entities (like boat or mobs)
Take a lead and leash the entity first then attach to happy ghast to proceed the result
Observed result: Happy ghast do not have a Leashed overlay texture, Despite like Java edition that breaks parity.
Expected behavior: Happy Ghast would be include Leashed overlay texture upon attaching an leashed entity.
