When someone rides the happy ghast while experimental mode is on(the original game, not the preview), it shrinks, but when the player riding it looks down at the ghast, it expands again

However, this has already been reported and addressed in MCPE-201649, so I'll be resolving this as a Duplicate.
It is intentional that happy ghasts shrink when they're harnessed, this allows them to keep their collision consistent.
