[MCPE-219752] Iron Golem not spawning

I was just messing around in a creative flat world and I tried to spawn a iron Gollum I put it in the correct places and did it again and it didn't work

Does the issue still occur if you remove all of the snow layers nearby and rebuild the iron golem?

Are you placing the pumpkin last? That is an important step, if you finish the build with one of the iron blocks it won't spawn.
