Vibrant Visual Sunny Rain is really weird, while in fancy graphic the sun and the the moon is hidden when raining. But not happen in vibrant visual

I was playing minecraft BE with vibrant visual using deffered texture pack called prizma visual, i tought it was the texture pack problem becouse the sun and the moon doesnt hidden when rain. After that i play Vanilla Minecraft BE using vibrant visual without any texturepack, and the sun also the moon shine brightly while raining. So it is the game problem. [addition: the really long drop rain that drop until down of a lushcave is really pretty, it brighter than other rain drop (that thing is shown in the night picture)]
