Turtle will have fast animation of swimming

Steps to reproduce this issue:

1. Open minecraft

2. Then, press play

3. Wait to be fully loaded a selected world

4. Then, open creative mode

5. search Turtle egg and water

6. after searched the following items: turtle egg and water

7. make a build, or destroy some dirt,

8. Place some water

9. And spawn a Turtle inside of the water

Expected result:

The turtle should be not having a fast animation of swimming.

Actual results:

The turtle will have a fast animation of swimming
