Missing world chunk(s)

In some parts of the world there are missing unloaded chunks that fall through the world without any bedrock layers & the surrounding chunks reset to what they looked before with my buildings being erased as if I’ve never built there before. In some parts its either in a new unexplored area or in areas I've been to more than once.
