Creepers Are Spawning as Charged Creepers by Default, But Don't Drop Mob Heads (Bedrock 1.21.81)

Bug:

All creepers are spawning as charged creepers by default, even without thunderstorms or lightning. However, these charged creepers do not trigger mob head drops when they kill other mobs, which is inconsistent with normal charged creeper behavior.

Expected Result:

  • Creepers should spawn as normal creepers under standard conditions.

  • Only creepers struck by lightning should become charged.

  • Charged creepers should cause mob head drops when killing skeletons, zombies, or other creepers.

Actual Result:

  • Every creeper that spawns naturally is charged.

  • These charged creepers do not drop mob heads when they kill other mobs.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition 1.21.81.

  2. Enter a survival world with mob spawning enabled.

  3. Wait until night or explore a dark area where creepers spawn.

  4. Observe that all creepers are spawning charged.

  5. Lead one to kill a skeleton, zombie, or creeper.

  6. No mob head is dropped.

Notes:

  • No thunderstorms or lightning events occurred.

  • This happens in multiple worlds and seeds.

  • These creepers appear visually charged but behave like normal creepers in some aspects.

It seems to be a visual glitch. Not everyone seems to experience this. Provide a picture or a video for better analysis.
