Minecraft Creeper texture is glitched as the appearance of a charged creeper with out the animation effect.

I don’t know how you can reproduce this issue, I have found several of these creepers and they all have the Same texture. I expect this issue to be resolved soon because this encounter scared the living daylight out of me.
