My frogs keep disappearing

I have researched every way to keep my frogs from disappearing. Name tags, in a chunk, nothing they can get stuck on or any way to break out but they keep disappearing. How do I save my frogs!? It’s so frustrating. I had a frog from each biome and the orange frog (the temperament biome) disappeared.
