All of the frogs in my enclosure disappeared one day and I discovered that they are jumping into the blocks below doors and suffocating inside of them. This problem can be solved by replacing the doors with gates, but seems worth reporting.
Attached is a recreation of the bug in creative mode.

Still present on 1.20.1; however, I do not think it is solely a door problem but air block underneath.
I was able to reproduce a frog jumping into the block below a door by making a 2 by 1 area surrounded by doors - frog suffocates.
In Bedrock (On BDS) version 1.21.2, frogs get out of bottom slabs and sometimes hop into glass. They can also see player holding slimeball through glass. all 8 of 12 frogs have "escaped" into the hopper rail line under the slabs, or redstone storage outside the Basalt Delta Froglight farm in the nether.
This may apply to any block with air underneath and a non-full block on top according to MCPE-167408.
