In Bedrock (On BDS) version 1.21.2, frogs get out of bottom slabs and sometimes hop into glass. They can also see player holding slimeball through glass. all 8 of 12 frogs have "escaped" into the hopper rail line under the slabs, or redstone storage outside the Basalt Delta Froglight farm in the nether.
Can confirm issue occurs in 1.20.30. The book will go through solid blocks both behind the lectern and underneath (at least if there is a gap available).
Can confirm, as of 1.20, Bedrock, Bonemeal has no effect when used underwater to generate new plants. It can make existing sea grass grow 2-tall, but will not generate new sea grass. https://youtu.be/6vkZFKborpI Clip from my Stream today.
Can confirm it happens on (m)any directional orientated block when placed from a boat.

I can confirm 1.21.20 BDS is affected with this issue. Whether the realms patching needs to go to BDS or an update hasn't rolled to [Latest] yet, I'm not certain. Here's a video of the minecart failing. https://youtu.be/wGc-I5fQV18 Prior to the realms issues, the minecart was only sticking at one point mid-line, not near the hopper dropper off. The 2nd fail is new within the past 24 hours with no changes to server.
