Steps to reproduce
Put goats inside a fenced area with at least one gate.
Load and unload the goats by travelling away and back and relogging or some combination of these.
Expected result
Goats stand on the ground inside the fenced area.
Observed result
One ore more goats is a block below the ground.
Goats seen to become stuck in single blocks and sometimes end up suffocating. This has been happening on my realm and has been seen by other players.

Does this only happen at fence gates, or when goats have a roof above them that restricts their jumping?
Now that you mention it, the first time we noticed this happening the goats were inside my house. We do have a 3rd goat being kept in another location but there is a lot of headspace... So it's sounding like they're ricocheting off the ceiling and getting lodged in the ground.

The reason I ask about fence gates is that this seems like it could have the same underlying cause as MCPE-167346. I have noticed it in my Realm but have fully tested it yet.
