I cannot enter any of my maps because of “lack of storage to sync cloud data” I have 2 Tbs of storage so I know it’s not my console.

This is a known issue it appears on several tickets and Reddit posts. The largest one I found is 217104 - along with many others who lost worlds we wait support has closed ticket and said they have people working on a fix. It’s nothing you did and like you I have found that lack of storage is not an issue it’s something else causing this.
Microsoft only allocates a certain amount of storage to each game, so the 2TB doesn't matter if the game only allows 5gb for example, but many people are having sync issues so they need to do something about it.
