Glow Squid Hoodie from Kellogg's Cereal promotion not linking to account after redeeming.

I redeemed two of the limited outfit codes from the Kellogg's Cereal promotion; the Glow Squid Hoodie and the Frog Mask; as the boxes of cereal were on sale, buy 2 for $5. However the former one, the Glow Squid Hoodie (outerwear), never linked in-game after redeeming the code; it still askes for minecoins despite me already owning it, although the item is attached to my microsoft account if I go to account puchase history on microsoft.com

I looked at both minecraft acoount and technical support requests; but all I saw was account migration and support on buying minecraft games; no option to resolve issues such as this. Please look into resolving this.
