It won't allow me to get anything from the marketplace and gives up the error code L-400 the game is up to date I have signed in and out and have closed the app down and reopened it and it is still showing me that error code

Yeah, I'm getting the same issue, where it won't let me access the marketplace. Except the error code I get is: D-0010
