A few days ago, I purchased the Deluxe Collection of Minecraft for Nintendo Switch. However, I am unable to log in due to an error that appears to be related to “drowned” (as shown by the error message). I have tried resetting, clearing the cache, restarting my console, switching networks, and rebooting my router, but none of these solutions resolved the issue.
I have already contacted support and followed their steps, but the error still persists.
I can play Minecraft on my iPhone without any problems, but not on my Nintendo Switch. Could you please assist me with this issue? I would appreciate any help or guidance from the support team to resolve this matter.
