Gui disappears and blocks and chunks begin to dissapear.

I'm on a Samsung Galaxy tab a nook. Whilst playing in survival mode I began building my base I started off with a house, next I made an automatic sugar cane farm. Then I decided to build a semi automatic farm system for wheat, potatoes, carrots, beetroot, and neather wart. So I began building a platform over my house out of stone fences. As I finished that I began building with stone bricks and making a platform for my machines. I built the walls around first then I began putting in the floor. I got about halfway and my world began to glitch. The GUI all dissapeard including the action bar the heart broken he food bar even the block in my hand. Then as I walked around I passed a chunk border and that chunk dissapeard and I could see into the world. This glitch has happened to me before in an older world but I happened then I updated to 1.0.0.9 with the whole structure already built farm included it glitched out. But in this new world I found out how to replicate and fix this bug. As I've figured out is torches, stone fences, and a block of any type in the fashion shown below causes the bug. Below is a process of picutres in creative or survival that will cause the bug.
In the below pictures the process goes as such
1. I places torches in the ground one layer down.
2. I place the bordering wall of my house.
3. I use half wood slabs to make the floor as light can pass through and light my housecond up.
4. As the rest of the house has no part in the bug I began to build the support pillars out of stone fences at a hight that would be above the house.
5 I fill in the rest of the support structure with more fences to connect the pillars.
6 then I build the wall 4 blocks up all around the top of the base support.
7. Lastly as I began to fill in the floor as depicted in the last 2 pictures I places till one block before the bug occurred and then filled it to set off the bug. The block in my hand also dissapeard so I switched to the torch to show that hide gui is not on. Also to fix ifor you break a few blocks (very difficult in survival) then press the go ho,email button and reopen it will fix the GUI. Also shutting down the app after destroying a few blocks will fix. Sadly In my older world because it was fully built in would have to break almout all of my platform to fix this bug.
