Unable to play my 1gb 7 year old world I keep getting a pop up saying I’m out of storage space and I won’t be able to play til I free up space I only have the one world also have 200gb plus available on my console

I only have 1gb of world data but for some reason my Minecraft app is 10gb this doesn’t make sense I don’t know where this extra 9gb of data is coming from. Please fix this issue it’s been going on for years and it’s very upsetting that something this game breaking can go on this long without being fixed
